8:30-8:50 am Eastern

Held live on SimplePractice telehealth platform. Can't make that day/time? Reach out.  

  • Short & Effective: 20-minute guided mindfulness sessions

  • Virtual & Confidential: Attend with your camera off or under an anonymous name if you prefer

  • Small Group Setting: Limited to 15 participants per session for a focused experience

  • Supportive Community: Accountability and shared intention make a difference
